Bystronic ’ s new ByBend Smart increases the flexibility and speed of bending . The machine ’ s main drive is only active when the machine is in operation . The insert and stroke length expansion extends the insert height for bending tools from 480 to 580mm .
“ It is now even more versatile for an even wider range of applications . It is 30 % faster than conventional bending and even 50 % faster with the new ‘ Efficiency Booster ’ option which ensures fast return of the upper beam , speeding up the bending process ,” Bystronic told ISMR .
Bystronic ’ s Xpert 40-tonne , one-metre ‘ plug and play ’ press brake offers rapid bending speeds . This small press brake has already won a German design award and is designed for rapid , efficient parts production . A new Mobile Bending Robot is available for feeding the Xpert 40 , turning it into a compact , automated bending cell for producing 3D sheet-metal components . The press brake also features new optical tool detection .
Bystronic ’ s Xpert Pro press brake has now been equipped with the LAMS 4.1 angle measurement system ’ s springback compensation for bending sheet metal . The Modular Tool Changer is an automation solution for the Xpert Pro press brake designed to increase the productivity of the bending process “ by up to 30 per cent .”
The Xpress press brake features the ByVision Bending user interface and ByMotion drive control . Options such as a mechanical crowning system and lower beam can be configured , if required .
CoastOne Oy from Finland manufactures servo-electric press brakes with spindle drive , including controlled crowning , robot solutions for electric press brakes , electric threading machines and electric inserter machines with spindle drive . Its electric press brakes include the C , G and BULL series . The C-Series press brakes are for bending smaller parts .
Cincinnati Inc . is headquartered in the U . S . and offers press brakes such as Hyform series press brake , Maxform series press brake , Autoform + series press brake and Proform + series press brake .
Colgar Bending Machines , now part of MCM , offers a complete range of press-brake models and solutions , with a bending power range of between 1000 and 5000 tons , with single or tandem configurations .
One of its installations for tandem press brakes installed by FIDA G has been dubbed , it told ISMR , “ the longest tandem system in Europe mainly dedicated to the production of telescopic arms .” The total bending length is 21 metres using a tandem press brake ( one with 14m length and one with 7m length ) and a total installed power of 3,600 tons and concentrated charge of 500 tons / metre .

Eurostamp Tooling has been manufacturing and selling press-brake tooling and equipment since 1970 . At EuroBLECH 2022 , it launched a new range of press-brake tooling : series ESH , Eurostamp Same Height . It has extended its product range by introducing a new complete series of upper and lower tools for Europeanstyle clamping systems ( AMADA / Promecam ).
