in the automotive , household appliance and steel sectors .”
Fagor Arrasate will be able to count on Ribinerf ’ s capabilities and expertise , which are focused on manufacturing standardised solutions that solve non-deterministic scenarios , impossible to automate until now .
“ Ribinerf machines do not simply perform the task but , thanks to AI , are able to make decisions and resolve on their own the incidents that occur in variable production , minimizing line downtime and working with maximum performance , allowing customers to optimise and improve the competitiveness of their processes ,” explained Fagor Arrasate .
“ Automating low value-added processes that until now could only be carried out by people means offering solutions to problems that our customers face on a daily basis . Thanks to the application of robotics , artificial intelligence and 3D vision , these solutions also mean substantial savings in the costs associated with non-quality due to the reduction of defective parts and because batches of parts are not returned by customers . Ribinerf provides us with the capacity to incorporate this type of solution into our products ,” added Unai López Moñux .
