The eP1030 is the bestseller in its eP electric press brake family . All the eP-series press brakes use servoelectric technology ; feature an O-frame construction and open tooling concept ; the Prima Power touch-screen numerical control and the new Lazer Safe IRIS for operator and tool safety .
PROfirst CAD / CAM software aimed to display new and updated modules at EuroBLECH 2020 . The 3D-Unfolder module for sheet metal parts processes components with improved tool-based adjustment of the bending factor and is much faster as the assembly-analyser recognises identical parts . A new web calculation module enables customers to determine the prices for their DXF / DWG / STEP sheet metal parts online .
RoboBend in Denmark has introduced its mobile robot cell for sheet metal bending .
“ It ’ s compatible with existing press brakes on the market and has easy-to-use software that ensures high capacity and high-quality bending , even for smaller batch orders ,” it told ISMR .
Rolleri tooling .
ROLLERI SpA has produced a “ ROL200 ” clamp for press brake tool punches . The patented system enables pneumatic or manual vertical clamping for punches . Its new QuickLock-System , compatible with Rolleri tools Type R2 and its new ROL200 compatible with Rolleri tools type R1 , are the latest innovations developed and manufactured in its production facilities . Its Vario , the patented die of variable “ V ”, is a tool on the press brake bench that varies the openings of the die through the CNC or through a manual system . The family-owned company ( Francesco and Marco Rolleri ) is one of the largest press brake tooling manufacturers in Europe .
Rolla-V supplies a comprehensive range of press brake tools , as well as the patented Rolla-V .
SafanDarley ’ s E-Brake .
SafanDarley is a Dutch bending specialist . Its R-Brake 130T features a press brake and robot integrated into one system . One of the advantages of the new R-Brake is a fully automated tool and gripper change that is connected to the machine . A second automation solution is the E-Brake 35T Mini Cell for bending smaller-sized parts . The optional automatic tool and gripper change function makes it possible to quickly switch between different products .
SafanDarley also offers a semi-automatic E-Brake , the E-Brake iTC . This E-Brake is equipped with an automatic tool changer and offers a flexible solution for small batch production . The tool-changer is built into the existing machine frame . SafanDarley also showcased a new model of Hybrid press brake at EuroBLECH 2018 . This hybrid machine has been specially developed to achieve higher tonnages on a short working length . This compact and fast machine is suitable for bending small , complex parts in thicker material .
SafanDarley has also displayed a new generation E-Brake concept with a new control drive . This is equipped with a C-frame , while the back gauge can be used over the entire working length . The machine also has a completely flat front for maximum bending freedom .
Salvagnini Robotica , the Salvagnini Group ’ s new division for the development and manufacture of press brakes and associated robotic applications , opened its doors officially on 19 June 2017 in Italy .
At EuroBLECH 2018 , Salvagnini showed its B3 . AU-TO , the ‘ super-automated ’ pressbrake equipped with its AU-TO automatic tool changer , the ATA and ATA . L devices for setting up the upper and lower tools , for kit and batch one production .
Italian manufacturer Schiavi has several innovative products , including its LineAr press brake with patented Crowning Free System designed for accuracy and “ canoe-free ”
bending . Its ATLAS Pro CNC controller with new functionality equips Schiavi press brakes for the “ Internet of Things ” ( Industry 4.0 ) while its Moses projection and touch-panel user interface , for full integration with the ATLAS CNC controller , is designed for ‘ errorfree ‘ set-up .
With the LineAr Plus , the manufacturer told ISMR , Schiavi has improved the LineAR concept , ensuring even greater accuracy for the bend . The “ Plus ” package is an optional extra that is available on all LineAr machines . Schiavi ’ s LineAr Plus 220-40 ( 220 tonnes x 4 metres ) large press brake features this capability . With LineAr technology , Schiavi manufactures press brakes of up to 400 tons and up to 6 metres in length with no pit .
The smart tool shuttle ensure quick tool set-up , with 2-axis to handle clamps , punches and dies handling . The ToolExpress TXP guarantees quick set-up of the machine without program , alongside expandable tool storage ( from 32 to 50 metres ).
STEP Automation specialises in numeric control for press brakes and shears . Its new generation ROCK NC series is for programming and controlling press brakes . The software provides features for Industry 4.0 such as scheduled maintenance management , production management and easy integration with corporate ERP .
TEDA Srl Speedy compact press brakes are designed for small part bending and are available in two versions , manual and NCdriven , and in two dimensions ( 550 - 835mm , 16 and 18 tons respectively ). The company also offers SPEED GRIP pneumatic and manual clamping systems for press brakes , available in different versions .
Turkish manufacturer TOSKAR MAKINA ’ s Easy Fab series of press brakes has been designed with two main goals in mind - easy operation and maximum productivity in the long run . They feature a sturdy steel frame ( ST44 A1 steel ) and a wide variety of standard features such as a motorised R axis , manual crowning and full-length tooling .
With its new TruBend Series 8000 , TRUMPF is offering press brakes to handle large-format and thick components . Large open heights and bending lengths , along with press power of up to 1,000 tons , make the machines in the new TruBend Series 8000 true powerhouses . The latest addition to the TruBend 3000 range is the TruBend 3066
