The range of Nidec Arisa stamping technologies encompasses servo blanking, tryout and multi-purpose presses, as well as presses for transfer / progressive dies. Automation and software solutions are also available. NP & A products include a selection of mechanical and servo stamping presses; high-speed automation machinery; controls and integrated solutions. The Kyori VX-50 high-speed press features Nidec SYS feeding systems. Nidec Kyori ANEX presses are designed for automated high-speed blanking and bending operations.
Nidec Press & Automation( NP & A) entities Nidec Automatic Feed Company( AFC) and Nidec CHS are in the process of merging to provide a single comprehensive coil line supplier.
OMERA specialises in automatic lines and integrated production projects. It designs and produces trimming / beading machines, energysaving mechanical and hydraulic presses and automatic lines for turnkey production processes. It has long experience in the construction of strain-hardening machines.
At FABTECH in Chicago last September, OMERA presented its R400-I trimmingbeading machine, as well as its hydraulic and mechanical presses plus automation. OMERA completed the acquisition of TIMAC Srl in January 2025.
Quintus Technologies specialises in the design, manufacture, installation and support of high-pressure systems for sheetmetal forming and densification of advanced materials and critical industrial components. It produces fluid cell presses for sheethydroforming and similar sheet metal forming applications. Its Flexform press process requires only one rigid tool half; the other tool half is a flexible rubber diaphragm under uniform hydrostatic pressure. Its latest generation of warm isostatic presses offers all-solid-state battery( ASSB) developers a scalable pathway to ramp up from research breakthroughs to real-world industrial production.
It has also developed High-Pressure Warm Forming( HPWF) that combines high pressure with a moderately elevated temperature for more rapid and efficient fabrication of titanium parts. Headquartered in Västerås, Sweden, Quintus is a wholly owned subsidiary of Kobe Steel.
QS Group SpA has over 50 years of experience and specialises in designing and manufacturing automated machines; dies; hydraulic presses and special equipment for the production and assembly of the structural parts of washing machines; dryers; refrigerators; dishwashers; ovens and water heaters.
Sangiacomo Presse in Italy produces C-frame presses( flywheel and back-geared) as well as straight-side, mechanical, eccentric presses( from 50 to 500 tons). Turnkey stamping lines can also be supplied.

Founded in 1962, Taiwanese press specialist, Shieh Yih Machinery Co., Ltd.( SEYI) manufactures mechanical, deep drawing and hot forming presses( including servo presses). In 2022, it celebrated its 60th anniversary. SEYI products have received various quality awards from around the world. Servo application solutions, automated peripheral integration solutions and smart stamping management systems are the three main pillars of SEYI’ s development strategy.
SEYI-Europe introduced its high-torque servo press, designed to support a broad range of stamping applications, at LAMIERA 2025. At FABTECH in Chicago last September, the company demonstrated the new SDN1- 121 servo gap frame press. At Blechexpo last October, SEYI’ s exhibit focused on complete press line solutions using servo and mechanical presses with 3D-printed models of hot forming and blanking line applications on display. A dedicated metallic bipolar plate display zone featured stamping samples to illustrate each stage of the stamping process.
Sigma Presse Srl designs and manufactures custom-made hydraulic presses, with tonnages of up to 50,000kN( 5,000 tons), with design based on specific customer needs. It also makes electric screw presses and has designed a new line of Energy Save servohydraulic presses.
South Korean press specialist, SIMPAC, has over 40 years of experience in metalworking press production and over 10,000 installations worldwide. Its wide product range includes mechanical and hydraulic presses, servo presses, tandem lines and automation solutions.
Stampitalia Srl specialises in the design and manufacture of dies for blanking and bending metal sheet. Blanking and bending progressive dies, in carbide and special steels with surface coatings if required, are provided. YAMADA presses have been producing minute parts since 1961( including lead frames, connectors, motor cores and television set components). At Blechexpo last October, YAMADA demonstrated a fully equipped stamping line featuring its NXT-45XL 450kN adjustable-stroke link motion press. At the MF-TOKYO 2025 exhibition, YAMADA’ s newly developed X2S-18 concept machine attracted attention with its 5,000 SPM demonstration. In collaboration with ASAI, YAMADA also introduced the KTN-1000e hydraulic press for specialised deep drawing. Demonstrations utilised a 2D transfer unit. The company also showcased its LineVision press control system.
Italian press specialist, ZANI SpA, has spent over fifty years delivering over 5000 presses for cold metal forming to five continents. It has four press types in its arsenal— the Power Master eccentric press, the Motion Master( double knucklejoint press), the Servo Master( eccentric or knuckle joint servo-driven press) and the Servo Smart.
