Turkish manufacturer, Hydrocar Pres Metal Makina İml. San. İç ve Dış Tic, manufactures a range of presses in different formats and dimensions, including hydraulic and deepdrawing presses.
Danish manufacturer Hydraulico A / S designs and delivers advanced press technology and complete production lines. All presses are designed and produced to customer specifications. Its product range includes tailor-made presses( up to 10,000 tons and six forming axes) and customised press solutions integrating different types of peripheral equipment, automation, heating technologies and tooling. Its Electronic Shimming TM technology is designed to eliminate wrinkles and cracks in the finished parts to reduce scrap rates. The company has a subsidiary office in the United States.
I. M. V. Presse specialises in developing a wide range of mechanical and servo press solutions( from one to four connecting rods with power ranging from 1,000 to 35,000kN), as well as turnkey press lines. The Italian stamping specialist has over eighty years of experience in sheet metal forming.
INGYU is a Taiwanese press manufacturer, established in 1970, which provides high-speed presses for automotive, can-making, motor lamination and complex forming applications. Its new SVL-10 Ultra Precision Press, with servo technology and an oil-free design, is suitable for stamping metals such as steel, brass, aluminium and stainless steel. INGYU’ s Apex straightside, two-plunger, high-speed press features two-piece casting frames. Its Saga multi-slide motion mechanical press features three slide motion modes( including forming, bending and drawing) in one press to maximise productivity. Its ApexKA series of adjustable stroke, high-speed presses feature stroke lengths ranging from 15-64mm.
INGYU’ s EV 0.15-0.3mm Lamination Stamping Solution features a 3-point press( HV350-3000) and a push & pull servo feeding system( Siemens). The HV350-3000 multipoint, high-speed presses are equipped with a slide quick-lift system that are designed to quickly resolve mould issues without time-consuming recalibration. Designed with sustainability in mind, the HV350- 3000 also supports carbon reduction efforts by enabling lighter, thinner components without compromising strength or precision. The manufacturer has introduced a new concept: thinning engineering, which involves reducing the thickness of materials used in products without compromising strength and functionality.
Interlaken Technology Company( ITC) designs and builds several standardised lines of hydraulic presses and high-pressure testing systems. For part forming, ITC features tube hydroforming and elevated temperature systems. For material testing, ITC offers five servo press systems, bend, dent and draw

It has introduced a four-column hydroforming press system for running high-volume production while reducing cycle time. Clamp forces range from 250 to 5000 tons. The manufacturer also designs and builds three standardised lines of hydraulic presses: ServoPress, Hydroforming and HEATform™.
HEATform™ is Hot Metal Gas Forming( HMGF). Instead of hydraulic pressure, gas pressure is used to form alloys in a heat-softened state. ITC’ s Hydroform and HEATform™ systems help manufacturers to create hollow-bodied parts on machines with rapid cycle times.
Italian manufacturer Invernizzi Presse, established in 1958, offers customised press solutions for high-speed mechanical transfer presses. Press types include Open End Down and Open End Up( deep-drawing) as well as its KFT2 series for cold forging.
“ The process that we designed and developed in-house for production allows our transfer presses to deep-draw parts starting from strip. Production has never been so fast! All our machines can be integrated in an Industry-4.0 environment,” explained the press specialist.

Established in 1937, JIER Machine Tool, Ltd. is a large manufacturer of metalforming equipment and heavy metal cutting machine tools in China. Other JIER products include press automation equipment; sheet metal processing machines; foundry machinery; CNC cutting machines; environmental protection equipment and building materials equipment. It has supplied hundreds of automated highspeed tandem lines globally. It produces a variety of mechanical presses, from C-Frame to straightside press including transfer presses, progressive presses, blanking lines etc. Servo stamping solutions have also been provided to carmakers.
Komatsu Industries Corp. designs large servo and mechanical presses for forming automobile roofs and doors as well as for cold forming ultra-high-tensile steel. Its large presses are represented by a tandem press for a variety of wide applications and a transfer press for high productivity. Its hybrid AC servo press, H1F, combines advanced CNC controls and a hybrid drive mechanism( pat. p). Komatsu also provides blanking presses and coil lines.
Since its foundation in 1863, LASCO Umformtechnik GmbH has been engaged in harnessing fluid power for forming applications. LASCO supplies machine tools and production lines for forming tasks and develops, designs and manufactures individual solutions for industrial users.
