A spotlight on wire and tube
The wire and Tube 2026 event will showcase the entire spectrum of modern manufacturing technologies— from machines and systems for wire, cable and tube production to new materials and technologies and end products. The focus will be on stainless steel and special materials; hydrogen technologies; plastic pipes; separation and cutting technologies; e-mobility; fibre optic technology; fastening and joining technology; spring manufacturing and mesh welding machines
The events, held from 13-17 April 2026 in Düsseldorf( Germany), will showcase trends and highlights from the global wire, cable and tube industries.
A wide-ranging, supporting programme with international expert fora and industry gettogethers on the forum stage in Hall 1, a hydrogen and e-mobility congress and digital ecoMetals trails to sustainable exhibitors will run alongside the events in the exhibition halls. Over 2,700 exhibitors from 65 countries attended wire and Tube in 2024.

Tube Düsseldorf is a global trade show for the tube and pipe industry. It will showcase modern machinery for tube manufacturing and processing, innovative tube materials and OCTG technology highlights. In 2026, the focus will be on AI, robotics and automation: visitors will experience the latest developments, smart production facilities and networked technologies that are shaping the future of tube manufacturing and processing. The pipe industry will demonstrate how innovative pipe systems for hydrogen, CO₂ transport and renewable energies are securing the future. There will be several premieres, innovations and technology highlights at the show.
“ Visitors will also experience first-hand how innovative pipe systems, sustainable materials and intelligent manufacturing solutions are driving the energy transition and shaping the energy infrastructure of tomorrow,” commented show organiser, Messe Düsseldorf.
Chinese pipe manufacturers and processors will be presenting their latest trends in Hall 7.0 as part of‘ Meet China’ s Expertise’.
“ The expansion of LNG pipelines in the USA, new hydrogen networks in Europe and mega-projects in China, India and Southeast Asia— pipe producers and manufacturers of pipe processing equipment face no shortage of opportunities. All around the world, projects are springing up to meet the rising demand for energy, and especially for renewables,” continued the show organiser.
Artificial intelligence( AI) and robotics are fundamentally changing the tube industry and accelerating digital transformation. At Tube 2026 in Düsseldorf, international market leaders and pioneers will showcase how intelligent automation, IoT-supported networking, machine learning and robot systems are making processes more efficient, precise and secure.
For the first time, the Stainless Steel & Nickel Alloy Tube & Pipe Market Insights
Day 2026 will be held at Düsseldorf Messe, focusing on markets, trends and strategic perspectives for stainless steel and nickel alloy tubes. Organised by SMR Events, the congress on 13 April 2026 will bring together decision-makers, thought leaders and market experts from the industry— from manufacturers and processors to trade and purchasing as well as technical sales managers.
Wire 2026
In halls 9 to 17 at Wire 2026, wire, cables, wire and cable products and technologies will be presented at the new World of Cables( in exhibition halls 9 to 13 and 15).‘ Meet China’ s Expertise’ will join as a special hub for Chinese innovations in Hall 14.
The new Wire & Cable FORUM will be presented for the first time in hall 13 at Düsseldorf Messe. International industry specialists will give presentations and insights into current developments— from digitalisation and automation to sustainability and new materials and production processes. The programme will be complemented by panel discussions and networking opportunities that promote direct exchange between speakers, exhibitors and trade visitors. Admission to the forum is free for all trade show visitors.
Hall 16 will focus on fastening technology and springs as well as end products such as screws, eyelets and technical springs. Heavy welded mesh machines in Hall 17 will demonstrate strength and functionality in regular live demonstrations. n
