Lien Chieh Machinery Co ., Ltd ( LCM ) custom-builds its hydraulic presses according to the press application and the technical requirements of its customers ( presses ranging from 50 up to 15,000 tons ). With tonnages ranging from 2400 to 1000 tons and a bolster area of 5,000 x 2,500mm , its servo-mechanical tandem press line is used in the automotive sheet metal industry . Loire Gestamp , a branch of the Gestamp group , designs and manufactures various types of hydraulic presses and can adapt products to the specific needs of each project . These include hot stamping / press hardening presses , cold stamping ( deepdrawing presses ), hydroforming presses and try-out presses .
Based in Hernani , Gipuzkoa ( Spain ), since 1962 , Loire Gestamp is one of Europe ’ s largest producers of hydraulic presses . NEFF Pressen , formed in 1947 , is a manufacturer of hydraulic presses and manufacturing / hot forming lines for the complete forming industry . The NEFF SERVO- Drive combines hydraulics with advanced servo-drive technology . Its hot-forming lines feature hydraulic presses , a heating furnace and automation ( robots and / or feeders ).
