Italian bending specialist , Gasparini Srl , started its relationship with Belia in 1986 when it supplied Belia ’ s first 40 t / 2000 press brake , followed by an X-Press 100 / 3000 press brake in 2016 and a new 165 / 3000 model in January 2020 .
Gasparini itself has 45 years of experience in shearing and bending , with over 8,000 shears and press brakes installed worldwide . It bases its overall strategy on three pillars of performance , quality and service . Investing 10 % of its turnover on innovation / R & D , it designs its products to meet specific customer challenges . It also cooperates with universities and research centres in the quest to improve customer productivity and efficiency .

brake to deliver to the company ,” Gasparini told ISMR .
The 80-ton , two-metre press brake is equipped with a two-axis back gauge ( X-R ) with two straight and two shaped fingers for more stable support of the workpieces . The stops can be repositioned along the Z axis using the F function ; the stops are pneumatically unlocked and moved over the bending line for easy manual movement . The 700mm open height and 400mm stroke enables even medium-sized boxes to be bent .
“ The Delem DA-66T CNC enables office programming with Delem Profile Lite TL 2D offline software . The Tele-Link package also enables our technicians to monitor the machine ’ s health and help with configuration .
On board the CNC is a suite of software tools , developed by us , which enable the interconnection and exchange of production data with the factory information system . A network of sensors detects and corrects process drifts , and then sends the information to the management system together with the times and jobs in progress ,” explained Gasparini .
“ To manage even small batches efficiently , it is essential to reduce non-productive times . For this reason , we provided the Gasparini AirSlide top pneumatic clamping system without air hoses .
