Total exports of Taiwan machine tools from January to November 2022 reached US $ 2.763 billion , an increase of 9.4 % over the same period last year . Markets recorded more than 30 % growth in the U . S ., Germany , the Netherlands and Italy . With the relaxing of global COVID-related restrictions and the recovery of the global manufacturing industry , it is expected that the demands for machine tools across the world will rebound and continue to take off in the long run ," added the show organisers .

New theme areas for 2023
TIMTOS 2023 will also debut three new themed areas featuring “ Advanced Metalworking Technology ,” “ Additive Manufacturing ” and “ Future Manufacturing .” The organisers also encourage attendees to take advantage of productive events at TIMTOS 2023 such as Future Manufacturing Forum ; Corporate Carbon Footprints Consultation ; Podcast Live ; Maker Workshop and Guided Tours . The Taipei International Machine Tool Show also plans to debut innovations and applications for the Metaverse and EV industry .

■ Procurement meetings : Buyers who have been successfully matched with exhibitors will be guided to pre-arranged booths for meetings . Advanced applications are required before 1 February 2023 .
■ Delegation tour : An overseas group travelling to Taiwan with more than 20 professionals may apply for the Delegation Tour Service . Applications required before 1 February 2023 .
■ Taipei Biz Tour : Free tours in Taipei for pre-registered buyers from overseas .
