Taipei International Machine Tool Show , also known as TIMTOS , will return from 6-11 March 2023 at Nangang Exhibition Centre ( Halls 1 and 2 and TWTC Hall 1 ) in Taipei , Taiwan .

“ With 1,000 + exhibitors in nearly 6,100 booths , even larger than in 2022 , TIMTOS 2023 will be the largest trade show ever recorded in Taiwan after it recently lifted all its border controls since the COVID-19 outbreak ,” the show organiser explained .
“ At present , overseas professionals are free to travel to Taiwan to participate in trade shows as usual . As a result , there has been increasing demand for larger booth space at TIMTOS 2023 and delegations to the show will arrive from countries such as Vietnam ; Turkey and India etc .,” added TAITRA , one of the show organisers .

In a press conference for TIMTOS 2023 recently , the show organisers ( Simon Wang , President & CEO , TAITRA ) and Larry Wei ( Chairman of TAMI ) unveiled the highlights of TIMTOS 2023 .
TAITRA CEO Wang pointed out that the new slogan for TIMTOS ‘ Keep Rolling in Metalworking ’ highlighted the show ’ s claim “ to link up the global machine tool ecosystem to make metal processing smarter , more efficient and more sustainable .” It is not an understatement to say that the growing metalworking industry worldwide is one of major forces driving sustained global growth , Wang commented .

Other panellists at the press conference attended by ISMR were Eugene Y , J . They shared insights on how changing market trends have impacted the industry ’ s transition to resilience and sustainability .
