The Dalcos LXN 1500 ( up to 4kW power ) has a very versatile set-up . It processes metal strip up to 1550mm in width , and metal sheet of up to 14m in length with a very compact layout . The working range of 2500mm enables complex machining , complemented by the Dalcos vision system .

“ Our 3D laser cutting machine cuts through metal alloy parts with thicknesses of between 0.5mm-8mm . It is mainly used in the automotive industry for drilling and perimeter cutting of pre-formed materials which cannot be punched ,” its sales and marketing director , Kemal Ileri , explained .
DURMA was a founder member of the Industry 4.0 group in Turkey and started developing its own Industry 4.0 software and developments in concert with this group . Now , all of its machines use the systems and it has also developed its own cloud systems to store data etc . DURMA also produces its HD-TC pipe and profile fibre lasercutting system .
Polish fibre laser specialist , Eagle Lasers , is one of the pioneers of fibre laser technology and an early launcher of efficient 6kW , 12kW , 15kW and 20kW fibre laser cutting systems . At the Blechexpo 2021 exhibition , it launched its new 30kW iNspire fibre laser cutting machine .
The iNspire series , with 30kW of power , 6G acceleration and a system capable of running 24 / 7 , can cut nine holes per second ; rates usually reserved for a punch . With a breakthrough positioning speed of nearly 350 metres per minute , it is also optimised for automation / warehouse systems and full reporting . The 30kW iNspire series features a nine-second pallet changer , the newly updated eVa cutting head and a full dynamic control system .
The company ’ s fibre laser systems feature linear motors in all axes , composite material bodies , carbon fibre traverse and the brand ’ s own patented eVa cutting head .
Ermaksan Makine set up ‘ Turkey ’ s first private sector semi-conductor plant ’ and started exporting the machines it produces using a domestically developed national fibre laser beam source , national laser chip and controller systems .
The Fibermak HAWK is its eco-friendly budget fibre laser cutting machine solution with a 3 x 1.5m bed size ( without shuttle table ). Its small footprint , rapid installation and easy-to-use interface make it suitable for job shops that cut thin material . Polish innovator Eckert has designed an award-winning innovative Piercing Control System ( PCS ) for its Diamond Fiber Laser 2 cutting machine , which substantially reduces piercing time from 10 seconds to two seconds , as well as cutting gas / energy costs .

Highwag / II-VI has a comprehensive portfolio for high-power laser material processing applications . II-VI ’ s laser optics including aspheres , variable radius mirrors and protective windows along with advanced 1 µ m laser processing heads and beam delivery solutions . Solutions include a lasercutting head , 2D remote welding head and a laser welding head with wobbling function . The portfolio includes individual laser diode chips , laser bars , stacks and direct diode laser engines .

Its HFLU- series fibre laser cutting system comes with automated loading and unloading system . The machine features a patented kinematic system ( high dynamic movement and precision cutting ) for the cutting head and double cooling system for the lens and body . It has been designed for lightweight sheet metal laser cutting . The cutting table has retractable clamps , controlled by CNC , for stable movement of the workpiece . The system is suitable for cutting reflective materials such as aluminium and copper and has been designed for lower energy consumption
