EVENT PREVIEW

“ The aim of the European Science Fair during the ITM Industry Europe trade show in Poznań is to create a platform that combines science, innovation and business. The new project will be an opportunity to promote Polish scientific achievements and technological development,” said GRUPA MPT.
Innovations on display
“ New initiatives and the continuation of proven projects set the direction for ITM INDUSTRY EUROPE 2025. The trade show will offer interactive presentations and practical training sessions with machines, technologies and solutions on display that will be tailored to the specifics of various industries. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about innovations in automation, digitalisation and sustainable development, which makes the event an ideal place to discover the future of industries that are key to the Polish economy,” explained the show organiser.
“ Close contact with the industry is the basis of our success. For years, the final formula of each edition of the fair has been the result of a shared vision and close cooperation with exhibitors and partners. In the run-up to ITM INDUSTRY EUROPE, new initiatives crystallise. We have many ambitious plans for both the exhibition and the visitor profile and will open the event even more to certain industries( such as industrial automation or the arms industry),” added Anna Lemańska-Kramer, director of the ITM Industry Europe trade show.
“ A key message of the trade show this year will be to find solutions to specific problems faced by production workers‘ here and now.’ We will invite experts who will provide support and knowledge by presenting actual case studies from their own companies. Of course, the event also includes halls filled with innovative and practical products and technologies. Here, we clearly see the trend
towards personalising the offer to individual orders,” she continued.
One of the new special zones at the trade show will be the‘ Focast Foundry Exhibition’. It will be populated with exhibitors from the foundry industry with presentations on current topics and new products for this industry. The show organiser has closely cooperated with the Polish Foundrymen’ s Technical Association. The foundry industry in Poland is currently facing various challenges that may have a significant impact on its future. One of the key challenges is growing competition from overseas foundries offering lower production costs.
On the first day of the trade show( 3 June 2025), a panel discussion with experts is planned on‘ Foundry of the Future: Visions of the Development of Polish Industry in the Context of Global Megatrends’.
The Collaborative Robot Zone will showcase various cobots designed to increase work efficiency and safety, for more integrated and efficient production environments. Companies such as Schmalz, KUKA, Universal Robots, Dobot and TFM Robotics have already confirmed their participation.
A new‘ Demobus’ initiative will be held in the open air, near the catering zone, for companies from the industrial automation, surface treatment or tooling sectors. In this demonstration space( at St. Mark’ s Square, in the‘ heart’ of the MTP Poznań Expo show grounds), exhibitors will have the opportunity to interactively present their latest technical solutions and products to trade show visitors.
Surface treatment on the rise
For the 2024 ITM INDUSTRY EUROPE trade fair, a significant expansion of exhibition space for the surface treatment sector is planned.“ Surface treatment is one of the key processes in this industry sector, having a significant impact on the durability, aesthetics and functionality of products. Thanks to surface treatment technologies( such as the application of protective coatings, powder coating or chemical and electrochemical processes), it is possible to increase the resistance of materials and extend their service life as well as improve the quality of final products. In sectors such as aviation, construction, automotive and heavy industry, surface treatment plays a key role in ensuring the safety and durability of structures,” outlined the show organiser.
