About Exerion

Exerion Precision Technology is an industrial management organisation that develops high-quality modules and systems , manufactures them in small to medium-sized series and delivers them across the globe to wellknown OEMs ( mainly in the medical , document processing , semi-conductor and industrial industries ).
Exerion manufacturing involves the production of position-critical components and structures , mainly using sheet metal and tubes in small to medium-sized batches . Most manufacturing processes in this field are represented in its manufacturing facilities : punching ; laser cutting ; bending ; pressing ; various riveting processes ; MIG / TIG welding ( with or without robot ); cleaning and measuring .
A robot handles the sheet metal part for bending . the latest FANUC robot with a handling weight of 20kg , a supply station for four product stacks , a delivery station and a discharge chute . This fully automatic press brake is characterised by its compactness . Optionally , the E-Brake Mini Cell can be equipped with automatic tool-change functionality . This makes it possible to switch quickly between different products on the shop floor .
At Exerion , the new E-Brake 35T Mini Cell joins new investments such as an ERP system for its production .
“ We make accurate frames using sheet metal techniques with high tolerance requirements ,” explained Konter . “ This demands a lot from machines , in terms of their reliability . Standards are very high here . We were an essential supplier during the pandemic and work smartly with various techniques . If you want to move forward , you have to invest in new techniques . Here , we develop projects that are later used for production elsewhere . Automation is absolutely essential to us ,” he concluded . n
