Getting there
Poznań is situated in the centre of Europe , just a 2.5-hour drive from Berlin and three hours from Warsaw . It is served by Ławica international airport and a wide range of national and international rail connections .
MTP Poznań EXPO is on Głogowska Street , in the city centre . Several large hotels are in the immediate vicinity of the showgrounds . Show visitors can reach the railway station on foot in five minutes . Ławica Airport is 6km from the showgrounds .
Poznań International Fair and the main railway station are served by the “ Bałtyk ” bus stop . There is a bus connection to the airport via the “ L ” rapid bus line ; bus line no . 59 ; bus line no . 48 and night bus line no . 242 ( running between the main railway station and Ławica airport ).

For the show this year , a continuation of the Smart Factory Zone , which is rich in intelligent solutions for factories , is planned . Visitors will be able to see production processes in smart factories using the latest tools and solutions in line with the fourth industrial revolution . Examples will be based on IoT , digitisation and robotisation . The Smart Factory zone will be open throughout the duration of the exhibition .
Near the Smart Factory zone , there will be a stage where companies will be able to present their products or solutions in the “ smart ” spirit .
The Start-Up Zone last year was open for pioneering solutions “ in the spirit ” of Industry 4.0 , which have already passed the testing phase .
“ The idea of a space for start-ups in the industrial sector was all the more important as more and more ‘ young ’ initiatives based on technologies appear : digital twin , AI , Big Data or 5G intended for companies operating in the industry . We want to enable successful launches of new applications , technologies or machines and initiate successful business ideas ,” confirmed Anna Lemańska-Kramer .
The latest developments in metalforming , including product launches and the latest market releases will be highlighted at ITM INDUSTRY EUROPE .
