In a rare triumph of beachfront perfection, the Costa Palmas resort complex in La Ribera Mexico houses several internationallyacclaimed names across 1,500 acres of Baja bliss. Two and a half miles of beachfront expanse frames the estates, where the tranquility of the Sea of Cortez juxtaposes the Sierra de la Laguna mountains.
Beyond three long-term mainstays— Four Seasons Resort Los Cabos, the future Casa Blake and the future Amanvari— Costa Palmas invites leisure seekers to vacation in vibrancy, with residences stretching throughout a Robert Trent II-designed golf course, marina township, star-studded dining and uninterrupted access to water recreation. Its prime location on a massive aquifer supports this calm, yet alluring compound.
“ Our goal is to suspend somebody in a moment of awe for as long as possible,” says Tyler Jorgenson, design director of Irongate real estate group.“ When you have those types of experiences with

people that you’ re close with, like your family, those are memories that you’ ll take with you for your whole life. It’ s not worth any amount of money. It just goes so far beyond that sort of feeling that gives people goosebumps.”
FOUR SEASONS
As the largest Costa Palmas resort— and the first marina property for the resort brand— Four Seasons Resort Los Cabos features 23 suites and 118 guest rooms. They offer oceanview suites with plunge pools, as well as spacious Four Seasons Residences and Villas featuring full kitchens and generous outdoor leisure areas. The resort and residences were designed by Brooklyn-based Guerin Glass Architects.

secluded enclave holds Limón, the alfresco dining hideaway that balances casual with contemporary, where Italian fans can nosh on handmade pasta and woodfired mains in a familial dining area tucked into a lemon grove.
AMANVARI
Boutique excellence sits on the hospitality horizon for Costa Palmas, as the resort community prepares for the opening of Amanvari in spring 2026.
While Four Seasons captures the modern elements of Baja architecture, Aman leans into the deep, serene aspects of the terrain. An intimate 25 pavilions constitute the resort’ s guest lodging, all located steps from the various waterfronts. This particular Costa Palmas site rests atop a water table with bespoke edifices, built by Italian architects from the Dotter group that fashioned custom concrete batchings for Aman, creating structures that melt into the landscape.

“ What we’ ve created for those hotel pavilions is more akin to artwork than architecture,” says Jorgenson.“ Some of these things are nestled into the landscape, into the ground, and have a very intimate relationship with the estuary.”
Guests and residents experience a seamless transition from these rural accommodations to nearby recreation. The compound includes three restaurants, a spa with yoga and Pilates, a fitness center and sport courts. In the center, the main gathering space branches off into a library, lounge and the future Aman Spa.
REAL ESTATE GETAWAYS
This Mexican mecca maintains modernity without losing its rustic appeal, which extends into longterm living. Alongside luxury lodging, both Four Seasons and Amanvari resorts host highly-coveted residential properties, all boasting signature design components, overwhelming in their beauty.
