A little-known fact about the Strip is that it’ s actually a great place to shop, especially when it comes to luxury. When we last checked, Vegas is home to five Tiffany & Co. locations, five Gucci stores, and nine Louis Vuitton boutiques, all on a four-mile street. After all, you’ ve got to do something with your winnings after you hit it big on the craps table. Here you can find massive flagships, jaw-dropping jewelry, and enough designer window shopping to tempt even the most disciplined spender. Here’ s what’ s new and where to splurge on the Strip right now.
CARTIER A stunning new Cartier boutique opened last June on the first floor of the Fontainebleau Las Vegas, imagined by the French interior design firm Moinard Bétaille, the team behind some of the most noteworthy interiors around the world. In addition to showcasing the brand’ s celebrated offerings – from iconic timepieces to signature jewelry – the space features custom art installations and a luxurious VIP salon, of course.
Cult Gaia The Los Angeles-based fashion brand opened its first Las Vegas flagship at Wynn Las Vegas last June, bringing its collection of artful, sculptural designs to a boutique that draws inspiration from ancient temples and monolithic forms to create a sacred and sensory shopping experience.“ Las Vegas is a city of spectacle, but we wanted to create something that feels like a sanctuary within the shine,” said Jasmin Larian Hekmat, founder and creative director of Cult Gaia.“ It’ s not just a place to shop, but a place to connect, reflect, and be inspired.”
