LETTER FROM IVAN

FALL 2026
I’ ve always believed that luxury is about much more than what something costs. It’ s about how you live, where you live, the people you spend your time with, and the experiences you get to share with them. That has a little more meaning to me as I write this letter.
This year, Lindsay and I were married in Cabo San Lucas, surrounded by our family and closest friends. Cabo has always been a special place for us, but after this trip, it obviously means something entirely different. We’ ve shared a few photographs from the wedding in this issue, and I’ m very happy to share a little bit of that very personal part of our lives with you.
Interestingly, there is also a connection between Cabo and something happening in my business. We spent time at Four Seasons Resort & Residences East Cape at Costa Palmas, and at the same time, our relationship with Four Seasons continues to grow. While IS LUXURY does not represent Four Seasons Private Residences Las Vegas as a development, I have been given the opportunity to exclusively market two specific residences there. For me, that is meaningful. Four Seasons is one of those rare brands that represents a certain standard around the world, and I’ m proud that our relationship with them is expanding both here in Las Vegas and beyond.
That same standard- the idea that truly exceptional things should feel exceptional- is something I think about constantly when it comes to real estate.
And we have some extraordinary real estate to share with you in this issue.
We are representing one of the strongest collections of luxury homes I can remember having at one time, from exceptional estates in The Ridges, The Summit, Ascaya, Mac- Donald Highlands and other great Las Vegas communities to high-rise residences and opportunities along the Southern California coast. There is more inventory today, which means buyers can afford to be selective. But the very best properties- the ones with the right location, architecture, finishes and overall experience- continue to separate themselves from everything else. And despite all the growth that we’ ve seen happen in Las Vegas, I honestly believe we are just getting started.
The growth and evolution of this city over the past several years has been extraordinary, but what excites me most is what’ s still ahead. People continue to move here who
“ THIS YEAR, LINDSAY AND I WERE MARRIED IN CABO SAN LUCAS, SURROUNDED BY OUR FAMILY AND CLOSEST FRIENDS.” could quite literally choose to live almost anywhere. Yes, taxes matter. Accessibility matters. Entertainment matters. But Las Vegas has become much more than those things. The quality of the homes, restaurants, hotels, sports, entertainment and overall lifestyle continues to reach another level. More than ever, Las Vegas is the place to be- and I believe the best is still ahead of us.
Today’ s luxury buyer is sophisticated. They know what they want, they understand quality, and when something truly special becomes available, they recognize it. For sellers, that means how a property is positioned, presented and exposed to the right people matters more than ever.
That is what we do. But IS Luxury has never been intended to be just a collection of homes for sale. As you go through this issue, you’ ll find incredible properties, but you’ ll also find the destinations, design, food, people and experiences that make life interesting. Because ultimately, that’ s what luxury means to me.
It’ s not simply having more. It’ s having more of what matters. Thank you, as always, for being part of our world.
