The full range from Munch Bunch W hat started out as an idea soon became reality when Mark and Debbie took the jump and started up their own company, ‘Catering by Munch Bunch’. When starting their business their aim was to use as much Island produce as possible, served by polite and helpful staff. Their first job was to work with Paul Murphy Butchers, Shanklin, by using him as their meat supplier. They decided they wanted a business that was flexible as well as offering a range of services from a professional catering van to event marquees, and seating to spit roasts. They have made an impression this year by supporting two local charities Oar-some (age concern and dementia) by providing meals for them when they kayaked around the Island. That was followed by supporting the Hampshire and IOW Air Ambulance fun day at the Isle of Wight Airport by donating the use of marquees, tables and chairs. They are looking forward to the adventure of 2015; meeting new customers and expanding on their use of Island products. 90 www.visitilife.com ‘Catering by Munch Bunch’ will also be launching their website, Facebook and twitter pages very soon.
