be overlooked!

have lost count of the amount of
times clients have advised me they
have let their property and then wish
to formalise the same by the preparation
and completion of a Tenancy Agreement.
Complications can arise both from the
point of view of not completing a Tenancy
Agreement prior to physical occupation,
but moreover not seeking the consent of
a Mortgagee where applicable.
