While the idea of health deposits and withdrawals can seem a bit general , as an experienced health coach , I find this simple concept to be very helpful . It is a motivating way to encourage taking positive actions , both big and small . Thinking of choices as either deposits to your health or withdrawals from your health is a fun way of being health-minded on a day-to-day basis . Think of it like a health register . Are you adding to your health or subtracting from your health ?
Keeping WELLth in mind as a daily practice is a strategy that promotes good habits . Daily habits may seem small , but in the long run , they build the foundation of health . Cumulatively , even the smallest habits can have great impact . This fun way of keeping tabs on your choices might just encourage you to take a walk after dinner or resist that tempting latenight dessert .
