These include non-UVA / B energized particles within sunshine – such as blue light , infrared , and UVA- II 9 – and other external stressors – such as pollution . 10 Adding functional antioxidants into sunscreens has proven to be a worthwhile strategy . 11
Including antioxidants and other actives in sunscreens is an important mitigating strategy .
