Raeya founder Kelley Nemiro pioneers a bespoke, holistic approach to women’ s wellness in Las Vegas.
BY EMMY KASTEN
Las Vegas has entered its wellness era, and Kelley Nemiro is leading the epoch with Raeya, a luxurious space that empowers women to take charge of their well-being. The upscale concept in Summerlin’ s Boca Park has only been open a few months, but it has quickly captured the attention of health-minded ladies in the community who rave about the diverse services including fitness classes, lymphatic massage, acupuncture, light therapy, IV treatments and more. As a certified holistic hormonal health coach and Pilates instructor, Nemiro also offers one-on-one coaching that analyzes each client’ s lab work to personalize a care plan that’ s aligned with their unique physiology. Here, the 35-year-old entrepreneur, wife and mother of three shares her inspiring journey and insights on the future.
How have your personal wellness experiences led you to opening Raeya?
This all started for me around 12 or 13 years ago. I was in my early 20s, and
I was going to doctor after doctor trying to understand why— even though I was dieting and exercising like crazy— I could not lose weight. My hair was falling out. I was cold all the time. I was tired all the time, and I had horrible brain fog. Everyone would just look at me after doing blood work and tell me my labs were normal. Finally, I started doing my own research, and over the course of three or four years, I pulled together my own answers and understood that my thyroid was actually massively underfunctioning. I started incorporating a lot of lifestyle changes— some that felt counterintuitive— and what do you know? I was able to lose weight more easily, even though I was eating more and exercising less. So I thought, if I can do this for myself, then I want to be able to help other women.
When did you start to help women professionally?
I had a marketing job working for my family, and I decided to leave that when
I was almost nine months pregnant to start my own business. I started coaching women in 2020, and over the past five years, I found myself constantly saying“ go to this acupuncturist” or“ go to this colon hydrotherapist.” So I was like, what if I just did this all under one roof? A place where women could have hormone support and diagnostics and use a sauna and get a colonic and get a facial and all the things that I’ m telling them to do, but it’ s much more efficient for their time? And that was how Raeya was born.
What was the criteria for the classes and services at Raeya?
I want to offer women the ability to try all of the things that really helped me along the way. Low-impact fitness classes like Pilates and yoga helped me take my foot off the gas pedal. I did acupuncture every time I tried to get pregnant. Colonics for my gut health. Lymphatic massage for detox. It’ s all things that have helped me on my journey that
