Over the past two years, there’ s been plenty of buzz anticipating the arrival of Zero Bond at Wynn, the celebrity-studded private membership club imported from New York that promises a rare blend of exclusivity, culture and community. The venue’ s dramatic, diamond-textured mahogany entry is ripe for Instagram moments, but a strict no phones policy makes privacy palpable yet serene— an experience as quietly personal as it is A-list. It’ s no wonder that since its official grand opening in March, it has quickly become the city’ s most coveted sanctuary for clout and conversation. With sumptuous interiors, stimulating events, and a guest list as aspirational as the membership itself, it offers an invitation few would ever relinquish.

Perched on a hill near the golf course’ s 18th hole, in the spot that was once the private villa for Steve Wynn, the two-story chic Italianinspired hideaway unfolds like a series of secret worlds: a fine dining room, a tucked-away baby disco, a private gaming room, a relaxed cigar lounge, and four bars all converge under one roof, each area as indulgent as the next. An impressive $ 40 million rotating art collection punctuates the space – including a Renoir hanging over the fireplace near the entrance – and a private valet makes getting in and out easy and discreet. Other perks include VIP concierge services at Wynn, as well as invitations to exclusive events.
Membership is not limited to the rich and famous, and instead aims for an interesting mix of people.“ What matters most to us is building the right community,” said Scott Sartiano, founder of Zero Bond, to Vegas magazine.“ We’ re looking for people who are accomplished in their own way, but more importantly, who are kind, considerate and genuinely want to engage socially.” A 2024 Vanity Fair article described the New York club’ s members as“ a very specific kind of zeitgeist: art-kid cool and nightclub sleaze and Hollywood glitz and banker-bro capital.” In Vegas, annual dues start at $ 2,750 annually with a $ 1,000 initiation fee— shockingly modest numbers in comparison to other members-only establishments. However, the attainable price tag doesn’ t mean that it’ s easy to get in. There is already a robust waitlist of applicants, and each application is carefully reviewed by a committee and by Sartiano himself. In a city where cash is king, Zero Bond considers the whole person and what strengths they can add to the club’ s community, not just their access to wealth.“ We’ re not chasing quotas or looking for one specific type of person,” explained Sartiano.
For now, local members are not granted admittance to Zero Bond New York, but a limited number of Founding Members packages will allow access to both clubs, which are sure to differ. Las Vegas’ s eclectic audience, the local tastemakers, and Wynn’ s partnership in the new location practically ensures it. Sartiano stated,“[ Wynn’ s ] reputation for service, design and hospitality is unmatched, making them the ideal partner to introduce Zero Bond to Las Vegas in a way that feels elevated and unique.”
