SPRING 2026
As we move further into 2026, I find myself reflecting on the strength and momentum we’ ve continued to see across both Las Vegas and Southern California. 2025 was our strongest year to date, and as we close out the first quarter of this year, all signs point to that trend continuing. There is a quiet confidence in the market right now, especially at the high end, where well positioned properties continue to perform.
At the same time, it would be impossible not to acknowledge what is happening in the world around us. The events unfolding in the Middle East are deeply serious, and our thoughts are with those affected, including the men and women serving, and their families. We all hope for a resolution that comes quickly and brings stability back to the region.
Here at home, the luxury market continues to be defined by a very specific type of buyer. Today’ s buyer is educated and selective. They understand value, they appreciate quality, and they are willing to act when something truly stands out. That has always been the case in the luxury space, and it continues to define where the market is most active and most resilient.
Looking back at 2025, I’ m incredibly proud of our team, not just for the results, but for how those results were achieved. Even in a market that required precision and thoughtful execution, our agents consistently showed up at a very high level. What stands out most to me is the way they represented their clients, with professionalism, creativity, and a genuine commitment to doing things the right way. The numbers matter, but for us, it has never been just about volume. It’ s about trust, relationships, and delivering when it counts.
