Poster Presentation Boards £ 1,500 * Your logo will be displayed on or near the poster board area.
Virtual Delegates Sponsor £ 3,000 * Logo on the screen for the whole of the Congress for virtual attendees.
Upgrade WiFi Speed
£ 1,650 * per day Upgrade the WiFi speed and change the name of the WiFi and password to something of your choice. The venue offers free WiFi of 5Mbps, by upgrading, you can offer delegates a speed of 1Gbps. This will be split into the five days of the Congress, allowing more than one company to sponsor this per day.
Session packages
£ 800 * per session Sponsoring the technical presentations of the Congress during the parallel sessions; the programme will be divided into topics which will be announced soon. Your pull-up banner will be displayed in the parallel sessions, in the smaller theatres / rooms only and the Chair of the session will announce at the start of the session that your company has sponsored that session. Please note that the main sponsor will have sole occupancy of the main stage area and plenary( main) sessions.
Charging and Relaxation Area £ 5,800 * There are two charging and relaxation areas that are available to sponsor, the price above is for one area. Your logo will be in this seating area on the tables. Provide delegates with somewhere to sit, work, eat and charge their electronic devices.
Nook pods
£ 3,000 * per pod Provide a nice quiet area for the delegates to get away from the noise and either meet with colleagues or relax and have that much needed thinking space. Your logo will be printed on the leg of the table.
