SS10: Hella Highway is a two hour point to point GPS
stage traveling from Esperance towards Norseman
ending in a quick winch... or so they thought.
The Father and Son team of Dave and Simon Cameron
(car #10) were the first to complete the stage lat at night
with a time of 01:24:41 followed by Chris Hummer and
Neil Cooper (car #33) with a time of 01:31:45.
Powerful and long lasting auxiliary lighting for heavy-duty and
professional use.
Out of a starting field of ten, there were only two other
teams who managed to finish this stage; Ashley Delich
and Dave Bartlett (car #08) in a time of 01:35:18; and
Steve Fowler and Cameron Guy (car #07) in a time of
01:47:51.
With all other teams either a DNS or a DNF, and still a
Transport Stage to do, there was a long night ahead of
them.
