Jay Ashman is a strength coach at City
Gym in Kansas City, Missouri. Ashman
is ISSA S&C certified and credentialed
through AAAI/ISMA. He is a former
Super League Rugby player and compet-
itive strongman. The creator of Ashman
Strength System, he is the co-founder of
Elite Athlete Development, which focuses
on strength and conditioning development

Tony Estrada began his career in the
fitness industry 20 years ago as a personal
trainer. He has collected numerous per-
sonal training and nutrition certifications
including NASM, ISSA, NFPT, ACE, and
APEX. He is currently the operator of a
Fitness19 location in Chicago and a part-
ner, along with Brent and Kim Hansen, in
RxFitness Global, a company that designs
residential and commercial fitness centers
in both the US and Caribbean. His wres-
tling and fitness background has allowed
him to work with many professional ath-
letes including MMA superstars Randy
Couture and Pat Curran. For more info

After serving in the US Navy as a rescue
swimmer, Burrill obtained a culinary degree
at Le Cordon Bleu, a graduate degree in
journalism from Columbia University, and
a WSET Level 2 wine certification in Paris.
She’s a host for the Travel and Cooking
channels and is a freelance writer, fitness
model, and triathlete. In 2014, she com-
peted in her first NPC Bikini competitions.

Certified personal trainer, Physique com-
petitor, and Army veteran, Redmann Wright
has always had a passion for fitness.
Wright has used his fitness knowledge
to overcome several physical adversities,
including asthma, PTSD, traumatic brain
injury (TBI), and a serious motorcycle
accident. He is passionate about helping
others to excel in their own health and is
working to become a motivational speaker,
life coach, and published author. Wright
is currently the CEO and founder of Team
Get It In, LLC. He enjoys engaging other
vets who also suffer TBI and spending time
with his family, animals, and the brother-
hood of his motorcycle club.
Jenevieve Roper, PhD, CSCS, is an assistant
professor of kinesiology at California State
University at San Bernardino where her re-
search interests include running injuries and
sport performance. She writes a blog for Iron
Man, where you can track her goals of com-
pleting her first half marathon and stepping
onstage in the NPC.
Personal trainer and fitness industry veteran
Jim Brown was an NPC super heavyweight
bodybuilder for over a dozen years. Now 45,
he is a performance enhancement specialist
who has coached thousands. Jay Campbell is
the creator of the Fabulously Fit Over 40 pod-
cast and the author of The Definitive Testos-
