PSP Research Study – Now Enrolling An opportunity to advance PSP research and care
• Researchers are studying an investigational PET imaging tool( 4R-tau tracers) in people with PSP and in healthy volunteers. These imaging agents hope to visualize the underlying disease in PSP, a protein called 4R-Tau.
• Eligibility:
• Age 40 – 80, probable PSP diagnosis
• Able to undergo MRI( 45 mins) & PET( 120 mins)
• Not pregnant / nursing; more criteria reviewed at screening
• Duration: Up to 13 weeks
• 1 Screening Visit
• 2 PET Scan Visits
• 2 short safety follow-up calls • Compensation: Up to $ 2,400 + travel, meals, accommodations.
