Having discussed the pros and cons with the way food is now being served and utilization of the space, we are pleased by how well the lines progress and how we are fully utilizing our new spaces, including the courtyard. We will continue to assess and make changes as needed. In order to insure that all participants receive a first serving and meals for home-bound members are packed for delivery, we ask that take- home boxes be requested no earlier than 7:30 p.m. Requests may be directed to Lisa and Twannalah, our kitchen staff, at this time. We ask that you abide by this new standard from this point forward. Any questions should be directed to Tim Barrett or Josh Espinosa. Care Group #5 (Brodmann) PAGE 10 MAY 2017 IPC
