Women’s Ministry It is Time to Plan for Your Involvement in the Fall Our W.O.C. is not a particular group of women within the church. It is all of the women in our church. It is not women of certain ages or in certain stages of life. It is all of the generations of women together. It is not women who have been at the church a certain number of years. It is not women with certain interests. Our W.O.C. has nothing to do with ages, stages, generations, or individual interests. Joyfully, the search for identity and a place to belong are over for the Christian; we belong to Christ and to His church. Every woman is wanted and every woman is needed. Our W.O.C. is not complete without each woman’s participation and involvement. Make your plans now! Those in attendance came from churches all over the city and surrounding areas. We were thankful to hear Rosaria’s testimony of God’s grace in her life, while we were informed and challenged about how to speak the truth in love to our generation. The conversation has just begun for us as we continue to encourage one another to reach beyond our comfort zones and befriend others who need Christ. The aim of this group is to provide a time of connection and encouragement MESSENGER August 2017 PAGE 9
