The Trustees Frank A. Chisholm, Jr. The beginning balance of the Trustee account on 1/1/17 was $1,840,122.38. The account is managed by SunTrust Bank. The total income added to the account from reinvestment was $60,987.63. The Trustees paid out expenses in the amount of $208,858 which included paying out $2,000 to Christian education, $58,757 for the church property insurance, and $148,101 for the chiller insulation project. The ending balance of the Trustees account on 12/31/2017 was $1,882,909. Trustees of I.P.C. are: Frank Chisholm, Jr., Chairman (2018) William D. Brodmann, Sr. (2019) G. Ronald Morris (2020) Marion T. (Jody) Lanier III (2021) John R. Toler (2022) Point Pleasant Corporation Frankie V. Daniell Point Pleasant continues to be real blessing to the life of I.P.C. Again in 2017 it was used for Sunday evening worship, day camp, “Mission Savannah,” RUF functions, Campus Outreach functions, Sunday School and care group functions, and several other ministry-oriented events. Additionally, it continues to be a great venue for birthday parties for our covenant children. Significant improvements in 2017 included a new tree house (thanks to Chuck Moore and Kenneth Crowe for help with that project) and a new 4 element high challenge course built by Project Adventure. While used primarily for day camp, it also serves other groups in the church (Sunday School classes, Bible study groups, etc.) 33
