July 26, 2015 Bank of NH Pavilion Story and Photography by Mark Myers • www.markmyersphotography.com With a massive 23 song set, BREAKING BENJAMIN has never sounded better live. The newest members provided the backing vocals and guitar power that lacked during live performances in the past. Previously, Breaking Benjamin’s live shows relied on backing tracks to get the sound that they easily achieve with the quality musicians in today’s lineup. BEN BURNLEY’S vocals were strong and spot on. His loyal fans were very impressed with his genuine heartfelt tribute to America and our military. Ben, the only original member of Breaking Benjamin, was a busy man--coming out during the last song for STARSET and helping vocally on “My Demons”. Breaking Benjamin as a band didn’t disappoint--playing new songs from “Dark Before Dawn”, older hits and even managed a few awesome covers from QUEEN, NIRVANA and a couple from TOOL. I especially enjoyed the medley that started with the “Imperial March” from “Star Wars”. I’m definitely looking forward to their show coming up in November in Portland, Maine. This band will definitely just keep getting better and better! Breaking Benjamin is: Benjamin Burnley (lead vocals and guitar), Aaron Bruch (bass and backing vocals), Keith Wallen (guitar and backing vocals, Jasen Rauch (guitar) and Shaun Foist (drums).
