I could smell your artistic sweat oozing from your pores long before you even concocted the idea about dropping by. Regardless of your method or reason, I insist that you take a load off and join me for a spell. I am Chaos and this is my little corner of the universe. Welcomed are all those spinning with the madness of creativity. That never ending anti-silence that fills the brain with echoing chants and whispering words. This month I had the sheer pleasure of the company of a songwriter out of Philadelphia, PA. JESSE RUBEN fuses delicate, heartfelt lyrics with pure emotion in his piece, “This is Why I Need You”. “Cause you make the darkness less dark You make the edges less sharp You make the winter feel warmer You make my weakness less weak You make the bottom less deep You make the waiting feel shorter You make my crazy feel normal, every time You are the who, love is the what, this is the why” Check out the song in its musical entirety here: https://soundcloud.com/jesse-ruben/this-is-why-i-need-you Edges of sanity graze the plane of sadness while everyone weeps at the door waiting for their prize. Simplicity would have it that there is no award awaiting the victor, only another dream. Dream vast and dream eternal, never let go of that which feeds your soul. We have been cast from the heat and soon into the cold. As the leaves turn colorful and fall to the ground I find myself reaching beyond the clouds. All the way from Finland our next artists are bound. ELECTRIC WHEELS OF CONFUSION are a rock trio from Helsinki. The piece they have shared with us--”Atomic Spawn”, breeds an alternate perception within the mind--should you dare to allow it to permeate. “Let's see you open up Say the things that make unwanted company Can't hide Only your broken soul Shines through your eyes Can't hide the surgery” Check out more of the incredible works of EWC here: http://facebook.com/ewcband https://www.youtube.com/ewcband
