PROSPER OR PERISH is one of the hottest and most sought after Metal bands on the Philadelphia music scene. This may have been Rock Titan's first opportunity to feature Prosper or Perish, but it certainly won't be the last. Prosper or Perish epitomizes the kind of raw emotion that only true Metal can deliver! The Sasquatch is REAL, people! There is 10 foot bipedal hominid that elusively roams our countryside. Turn up your speakers and check out Prosper or Perish performing "Squatchpocalypse" LIVE from FINNIGAN’S WAK in Philadelphia, at the conclusion of this article featuring an interview with Rock Titan's own VJ HEATHER MAE! Rock Titan: How long have you guys been around now? Because I feel like the last year and a half there's been so much talk about your band in general. I know you're writing a bunch of new stuff. You're recording right now, right? Prosper Or Perish: Yes. We've been recording a new album. It will be due out this fall. But we've been around since 2007. I think I am...I am the only original member from the demo days of 2007, and we've been acquiring new members along the way. Rock Titan: Why is that? Are you hard to get along with? (laughter) Prosper Or Perish: People don't like me because I'm too cool for school. No. You know people need to get their lives in check. Metal is too hard for people to keep up with I guess? I've found a way to make it work, and I've found other people that have found a way to make it work. On the new album we're going to have our new drummer Sam, and a new bass player, Chrissy. Rock Titan: Well I mean, god, 2007? I've been on the scene now for 15 years. I mean for the last year and a half I've seen everybody wearing Prosper or Perish shirts. Everybody is talking about you guys. I hear about it constantly. And you're also one of my favorites. Prosper Or Perish: That explains why we're almost sold out of merchandise.
