3QD: We differ in musical taste a lot. Jason listens to a lot of new hardcore style music. I think the rest of us are on pretty much
the same page as far as what we like--give or take a few bands from each member that the other hates. Ha! I'm the only damn
KISS fan in the group. Ha! But as far as I (MARK ALEXANDER) go, I discover new and old music all the time. I just recently-like 3 years ago--started really liking IRON MAIDEN a lot. Ha! I've know their hits all my life, but after I had seen them live I
went and bought 6 albums of theirs. Ha!
GC: Are there any plans for you guys to hit the road and do any touring?
3QD: Very much so. We were recently picked up by A TEAM ENTERTAINMENT, so we are now able to get into markets that were
unavailable to us before. Right now, we are going out of state about every weekend. Hopefully by next year we will have built
up to some tour stints…so be on the lookout for 3QD in your town! Tell everyone!!!
GC: What does the future hold for 3 Quarters Dead? And where do you guys see yourselves in the future?
3QD: Well, the possibilities are endless really. We have a good booking agent and most recently were picked up for an
endorsement from LEGATOR GUITARS out of Hollywood, CA…WHICH IS AWESOME! We are on the same roster as bands like
ANTHRAX, SHADOWS FALL, RED DRAGON CARTEL, etc.; which is incredible! We landed it through a deal with RED DRAGON
GUITARS--cool stuff! We hope to start writing new music here soon and keep the machine going. As crazy as it gets sometimes,
I just hope we don't all wind up dead on the floor of a “saw-dust-on-the floor” whorehouse. Thank you for your time, spread
