On September 20, 2014, at “The Uproar Festival” in Albuquerque, New Mexico, I had the
pleasure of experiencing the outstanding performance of SONS OF REVELRY--straight out of
Brantford, Ontario, Canada. The band consisted of TOBY BLACK; rhythm guitar, COREY
BROUWER; lead guitar, AARON RAYNER; bass and SEAN BOYLE; drums. Toby had me hooked
with his rhythms, riffs and acute sense of melodies--but equally captivating, were the lyrics to
songs like “Born With A Bigga Goal” and “Time and Whiskey”--all on their way to becoming
classic tunes. Definitely a must see!
