Rob: I was never really big into Sabbath. John: I’m more into TONY IOMMI, a lefty. Remind me to tell you my theory on lefties later. JP: Go ahead. Now is later. John: 1964, you got PAUL MCCARTNEY. He’s a lefty. He changed the face of music. A few years later, you got this guy who made his guitar sound amazing. His name was JIMI HENDRIX, a lefty, who changed the face of music. Then you got this guy named Tony Iommi, who created Heavy Metal essentially (another lefty). Then you got COBAIN, who pretty much made all the hair bands go away. All these lefties over the generations changed the face of music. Not saying I’m going to do it. If you look at the link, it’s just so weird. Cobain, he’s already in the Hall of Fame, ahead of a lot of others. I’d like to see The Cult and Jane’s Addiction get into the Hall of Fame, but then again they probably think it’s a joke. Rob: How is GREEN DAY in? I’m a fan of Green Day. I remember listening to them on the school bus on a walkman. JP: How many records did they sell? Rob: Oh they sold a ton, but is that what it’s all about? If it was about record sales, there would be a lot of other bands in too. JP: What is the first album you ever remember hearing?
