Explossion in SATX in support of their recently released EP titled “Breach
The Horizon”. Besides working on new music, F2R will be busy doing some
heavy gigging locally. They report they are in the final stages planning an
East Coast tour in support of the new EP, which will include some of the top
venues in various targeted cities; paired with strong local talent.

The March 2016 feature story on Eric “EQ” Young was penned by Editor-inChief Kiki Plesha. Kiki caught up with the bass man of badassery…and as
expected--he’s been BUSY! In fact, the demand for Eric (along with the
iconic group ConFunkShun) has reached global proportions…taking him to
Billboard Live in Japan. And Eric is not only popular on land, but apparently,
equally so at sea—as this sultan of showmanship joined in the festivities on
the Tom Joyner Foundation Fantastic Voyage Cruise—which boasted an
exceptional line-up, including a virtual “Who’s Who” in entertainment! You

Although they just appeared on the April 2016 cover (featured by Senior
Photojournalist Gary Carota), much is happening for Southern Experience
Band. Besides making appearances, their video “Southern Experience” was
selected for an upcoming appearance on. “Jam On ION”—which broadcasts
around the world on My Jam TV—the new revolutionary 24 hour music video
network. Says SEB: “The response to the article has been amazing. Our fan
base immediately started expanding and the compliments have been
almost overwhelming. Our most sincere gratitude goes to Kiki, Gary, and all
the folks at ION. Your dedication to helping Indie artists is very much
appreciated.” Follow SEB at: www.southernexperienceband.com.
Having just appeared in ION last month in a feature written by Senior
Photojournalist Daniel “The Dagda” Johnson, one might think that there
wouldn’t be much to report on Mike Gacek, but rest assured, this popular
New England singer/songwriter/musician stays busy! He has a full roster
and continues to bring his reflective and multi-dimensional music to his
wide fan base. He is additionally working on a new album to be recorded live
in studio; while writing new music.
We will continue to check in on Mike in the coming year. You can keep up
with Mike and his appearances at www.mikegacek.com.
