On July 23, SAUL HUDSON will turn 50. “Saul Hudson…who?” Well, that’s SLASH to most of us, and seeing
him perform live with MYLES KENNEDY in April at THE SHERMAN THEATER in Stroudsburg, PA, was
something not soon to be forgotten.
Famous for his curly hair, shades, top hat, oh, and that little band he was in…Guns ’n’ Roses--the daunting
milestone (to some) of turning 50 does not appear to phase the guitarist in the least. The excitement was
palpable from the mixed-age crowd and you could feel the bass in the soles of your shoes, which to me, is
always a sign of an awesome show. Slash Featuring Myles Kennedy and THE CONSPIRATORS (their official
name) played a full, energetic set list to the sold-out crowd, leaving nobody disappointed.
Finishing up their state-side tour in May, the duo and the band will hit Europe in June and July. This is a
“bucket list” concert for many and should not be missed!
