Soon the beautiful state of Florida will be host to a plethora of vacationing families, young adults on college spring break, and guys and girls just wanting to get away for the weekend and spend time at any of the beautiful beaches or amusement parks. And then there are the Floridians that live there. They've seen the beach a zillion times, been overcharged by "The Mouse" to stand in long lines just to see what the hoopla was about, and would rather stay inside with the a/c on high than stroll down a hot, crowded beach. And with that said, they have probably heard UNDERCOVER BETTY play at a local venue. Musicians have some measure of success when their band doesn't have to look for places to play, but instead has to turn down playdates because they are already booked. Undercover Betty is one of those bands that is sought out by venues AND other bands--hoping they will say yes. This all female Rock band has a devoted following in their base town of Spring Hill, Florida. And it's not just because they're PRETTY rockers, they are also pretty hard rockers. These ladies can hold their own shred against the best of the best. They have recently shared the bill with VIXEN and WAYLAND, and wowed the masses at “Hard Rock Rising 2014 Battle of the Bands”. Few musicians log as many hours on the road as this group, as evidenced by their Facebook page--which constantly has new venues added. Yes, they don't mind travelling. Across the world in fact…for KANA LEIMBACH, the powerhouse drummer hails from Japan, REBECCA FIELD, the lead vocalist, precision guitarist, and songwriter is from Great Britain, and Connie Bonds, the other lead vocalist that puts a solid bruising on the bass is from the U.S.A.
