He added, “Right after this string
of smaller shows, we go out with
KORN, and in August we’re on
tour with STONESOUR.”
There was a real special feeling
going on in me as I took in their
performance, knowing in my
heart, these guys are going
places, not to mention, standing
at the foot of the stage and I was
connecting with them--you just
don’t get that at a larger show.
As they finished their last song,
Anna, the wife of Floyd, who is
both the drummer and manager
for Andromeda Theory, yelled
out, “One more song!” Joe
(pictured right) looked at her and
said, “That’s it! We’ve got
nothing else--album comes out
next month!” Now that’s
something you just don’t hear
every day.
After the show, we all hung out,
took photos, had a few drinks
and said our goodbyes. But I
know those farewells will be
short lived. I told Joe, “We’re
next door neighbors--you being
from Arizona and we’re in Texas.
Rest assured, we’ll see each
other again.”
And for me, I can’t wait!
