ION Indie Magazine was a guest of KVRD COUNTRY 105.7 FM for this muchanticipated and popular event on an unseasonably chilly day in beautiful
Prescott Valley, Arizona. Our sincere thanks to On-air Personality BRAD
MILLER and SHERYL DUKE, Account Marketing Rep for Yavapai
Broadcasting Corporation, for their hospitality in the KVRD tent and the
warm welcome we were shown by the contestants, sponsors, vendors, and
many concert-goers in attendance.
The bands participating were: LITTLE LARRY AND THE DRIVE, ASHLEY
WINELAND, INEXILE, BERETTA SUN and WHISKEY TANGO. Ultimately,
although stellar performances were delivered by all the participating bands
(that kept the crowd on their feet and cheering for more!), the nod was given
to Little Larry and the Drive. Congratulations to all the talented groups--and
a big “Thanks for the memories!” from this Editor and Photojournalist, J.B.
BRIDGES, for this last event by ION Indie Magazine in Arizona, before
moving our operations to Atlanta. Definitely, a good time was had by all!
