Steve Cyr: HENDRIX. How can you not say “Hendrix”? The dude was ridiculous. I mean he started it all in my opinion. Just loud,
trippy, experimental, Wah pedal, awesomeness.
MM to Steve and Bobby: Who are your musical influences?
Steve Cyr: TONY IOMMI, TOM MORRELO, SLASH, MILES DAVIS, JIMI HENDRIX, PAUL GILBERT EDDIE VAN HALEN…so on and
so on. I get on these weird band kicks for months at a time too, where I listen to their stuff constantly. Right now it's the YEAH
YEAH YEAHS.
Bobby: THIRD EYE BLIND or LIVE. Those two bands have been the biggest influences on me and I still listen to them all the
time.
MM: The new album, “The Problem With Her…” is awesome! It’s definitely tops in line on my rotation right now. Where can
fans find it?
Jeff: Thanks. We had an awesome time recording and we’re very proud of the end product. You will soon be able to purchase

For The Record: Talking with these guys and getting to know them has been a real treat for me. They’re ALWAYS laughing,
busting on each other and genuinely having a great time. Their relationships with each other comes through in their music and
stage shows. Below is a screen capture of a conversation we had on Facebook one night when I thought of another question
for this article. One thing I did learn, the name Die Diva Die refers to any or all members of the band--just depends on who you
ask.
