KZ: Did you put a lot of effort into this album? How can you describe the work in this album? Can you share your favorite or funniest moments of this album’s making? SR: I put all my heart and soul into recording my debut album “Intoxicated”. It will always have a very special place in my life. Overall, the recording process was phenomenal. As I’ve discovered, recording an album takes LOTS of blood, sweat, and tears. I live by the motto “Go hard or go home!” I had an amazing time working with my sound engineer and producer ALEX COOPER in the UK. I’m honored to have been connected with him for my debut album. KZ: What topics are the most important for you to cover in your lyrics? What are your main influences as a vocalist? SR: I’m inspired to write by and the way people interact. and romantic relationships. I emotions. When you hear and you can quickly tell that I see human contact. I listen to all many genres. I love a range of skill and ability and influenced by female vocalists such and AMY WINEHOUSE—to name a few. KZ: Do you have plans to work with other notable artist on future albums? SR: Yes! I’m presently in the studio working on “Beautiful Sin”—album two. And I’m again honored to be working with and have Glen Drover as my session guitarist! As far as other plans for future collaborations, I need to keep some things a secret! You’ll find out in the near future. Thanks for asking! KZ: You are now only 15-years-old. You are not only a singer, but also a songwriter, musician, and actress. How do you balance all these things at such a young age? SR: I feel very blessed to be working at what I love. I’m passionate about songwriting, playing guitar, and performing! And, as you already know, I’m also an actress. I feel very fortunate to be working in the worlds of music and film! I LOVE what I do and I’m lucky that my passions are also my careers. KZ: Are you travelling often between UK where you reside and Canada where you were born? SR: I have the wonderful opportunity to be recording and performing in both Canada and the UK. I’ve had my music co-produced with Canadian and UK producers! KZ: What is your biggest dream personally?
