On October 29th, here in El Paso, Texas, SLIPKNOT and KORN kicked off their "Fall North
American Tour", combined with SLIPKNOT’S "Prepare for Hell Tour". They have a six week run
of shows (24 dates) that will end in Boston on December 7th…and make no mistake, this is a
deadly combination of Metal music! JONATTHAN DAVIS and crew were in rare form--belting
out hits such as “Twist”, “Freak on a Leash”, “Shoots and Ladders” and “Blind”. You could see
the stage perfectly no matter where you were, and the sound was deafening--not to mention,
it was great to see Head Welsh back in the lineup!! After a brief intermission, a full size curtain
was put up and when it was raised, SLIPKNOT hit the stage! They took no prisoners, with songs
like, “Sarcastrophe”, “The Devil in I”, “Vermilion”, “The Negative One” and “Psychosocial”. In
my opinion, this was one of the best shows I've seen in a while, and I believe I speak for
everyone who attended. If you’re a fan of either of these bands, this is a MUST show!! So, put
you ear to the ground and listen…because SLIPKNOT is coming to your town--and Hell's
coming with them!!!
