As I kind of fell into shooting live music at a local venue, I came across this
band I hadn’t heard of before, FRЁE AGЁNTS--a three piece band. I had no
expectations or even any inkling that they were Punk. The boys took the
stage and proceeded to blow me away! They did their 45 minute set and it
seemed like they were on stage for about 5 minutes! When they were done,
I ran to their merch table and got the EP! I told them how much I loved their
sound! I took the EP and got it on my iPhone and have been jamming to
them ever since! I have caught them several times since and they have
never disappointed!
One of the things I also really enjoy is that SHAUN HOFFMAN (Guitar/Lead
Vocals) and TODD HULTGREN (Drums/Vocals), will switch it up during a set
and Todd will take over lead vocals and guitar and Shaun will move to the
drums! Never missing a beat!
Recently, I did a show of some of the local bands that I LOVE and invited
Frëe Agents back to play the show. With the addition of Bassist MICHAEL
STRIKE, the bad is finding its groove. The Frëe Agënts are currently in the
studio, working to release their first full length CD. I am sharing with you so
you keep an eye out for it! You won’t be sorry!
