Employees should receive additional pay for
overtime in addition to the normal salary.
The employee is entitled to receive the annual,
continuous, paid leave, which amounts to
- 20 days - after working for less than 10 years
- 26 days - after working 10 years and more.
An employee carrying out night work is entitled to
an additional pay for each hour of night work in the
amount of 20% of the hourly rate resulting from the
minimum wage, established on the basis of
separate regulations.
An employee, not later than 21 days after giving a
birth may submit a written request for a parental
leave at full immediately after maternity leave. The
length of the leave depends on the number of
children born in one confinement, and equals: 20
weeks after giving birth to one child. 31 weeks after
giving birth to two children. 33 weeks after giving
birth to three children.
An employee working on Sundays should enjoy
free Sunday at least once every four weeks.
