During the school year, Daily
Announcements are emailed to all students
and staff each morning. Parents can view

Personal Communication Devices
Students may use personal communication devices (PCD’s) before and after
school, during their lunch, and in between classes as long as they do not
interfere with the educational environment. Use of PCD’s, except those
approved by a teacher or administrator, at any other time is prohibited and
devices must be powered completely off and stored out of sight. Students
have been reminded that there is nothing educationally that their schoolissued laptop cannot do during classtime that their cellphone can.
Look Up is a reflective video clip which emphasizes our world where we
continue to create technology to enhance options for us to connect with one
another but may also create missed opportunities for human interaction.

Harassment
Every student has the right to not be harassed and to feel safe at school and
at school activities. Harassment is any unwanted or unwelcome behavior
which violates an individual’s personal rights to participate in school
sponsored activities in a non-threatening atmosphere.

Annual Meeting & Grand Opening
Monday, September 22 at 6:00 pm
Join us on Monday, September 22, 2014, for the HUHS Annual Mee ng at
6 PM. A grand opening of the new secure entryway and STEM classrooms
will also be celebrated with tours for the public.
