4) Investment plan
The table below presents all the capital expenditures required for the construction
and launch of the hotel.
To construct the building conforming to international standards, 1 sq.m will cost $300,
and mending will cost another $310 per sq.m. Hotel will have quality air heating and air
conditioning, a beautiful sky bar and a big rooftop swimming-pool. In the investments of
restaurant and sky bar, furnishing and kitchen equipment is calculated.
In the capital expenditures of rooms the furnishing and electronics required is
considered. The sizes of rooms will be the following:
