 The project envisions creation of a three-storey sustainable House with a total area
of 600 sq. m. Indoor swimming pool, sauna and personal fitness hall will be located
on the ground floor of the house. The electricity of the house will be provided
exclusively by solar panels set on the roof of the house.
 A contemporary tomato Greenhouse with a total area of 1,000 sq. m and a Fruit
Production Area with a total space of 10,000 sq. m will trigger ecologically clean
food production in the farm with the application of both organic and conventional
farming. The Greenhouse will be powered by solar panels set on the roof of the
facility. Produced fruits and vegetables will not only ensure the consumption
